Spring 2
Welcome back! It is lovely to see all of your faces after a well deserved week off! We hope you have rested and are ready for another great 5 weeks! Please remember children need to return their books on a Wednesday and children must come into school on Thursday wearing PE kits. Please ensure children are in suitable clothing to complete our PE sessions and wearing trainers. Thank you!
Week 1
In Maths this week, we have been working on representing numbers in different ways βοΈ Our Subsidising skills are really developing and we can recognise numbers in symbols well ππΌHere are some pictures of some of the children representing this in their books with Mrs Myatt and Miss Highland π₯°
We have enjoyed settling back into our routines and playing with our friends after a week away! Some of us played schools with Mrs Thomas-Quick and we used lots of resources to help our imaginations come to life π
Here are a few pictures of us playing happily together! Outside we have enjoyed signing nursery rhymes and playing together and inside our classroom we have played everywhere!

We have been making the most of the dry weather this week! Mrs Myatt, Mrs Quick and Miss Highland all enjoyed on Wednesday when the sun was shining! We had lovely water play, chalks, fun on our climbing equipment and on the bikes. What a lovely day π₯°π·πΉπΌπ«ΆπΌ

Week 5
Over the last few weeks, we have had a major push with our fine motor skills. Every Friday morning, after assembly, we have been sitting to complete a cutting activity using scissors. We are ever so proud of the progress and determination we see in our class! Keep it up boys and girls ππΌβοΈ
Being outdoors when it’s dry is one of our favourite things to do ππ we have been developing lovely playing skills and love to play the game “What’s the time Mr Wolf?” πΊ look at all of those smiley faces β€οΈ
Mrs Myatt really enjoyed the games we played in class this week! I particularly enjoyed building LegoLand with a group of children who used their imaginations with our wooden blocks ππΌπ§±
