If you are aware of your child's absence in advance e.g. medical appointment, this information can be passed to us as soon as it is available.  Please bring a copy of the appointment card/letter wherever possible. 

If your child's appointment is in the morning but they will be returning to school for lunch, please phone through to the school office to order a lunch by 10 a.m.
