Creating a "dream" tile ready for our Eisteddfod. We are using our imaginations to think about what we can see about our futures. We have read stories, "little people, big dreams" to help us use our imaginations and think about what our futures look like. Amazing responses from Cadno! Ardderchog!
Children have been learning all about recount letters this week! Look at them using dictionaries and Monster Phonic sound mats to support their spellings!
Cwest Cadno - to build independence and teamwork. The children have been working hard to create a parachute with a partner and to work on Hwb independently! They are doing fantastic!
Spring 1 - understanding what air resistance is when we use our forces!
Spring 1 - magnets! Look at us on a magnet hunt around the classroom! We learnt that magnetic letters only sticks to metal objects!
Spring 1 - PE - we have been developing our physical skills in gymnastics this term. Linking our Science knowledge of forces to our PE lessons. Look at us go! Bendigedig!
Spring 1 - this term we will be learning the story, "the lighthouse keeper's lunch," We will be writing our own recount diaries pretending to be a character just like in the story. They have worked hard to write and plan their own innovated versions. We have made our home corner into a lighthouse keeper's house too! This is to support our learning of the story!
Spring 1 - forces! This term we will be developing our Science skills about forces and energy! The children have been learning and looking at push and pull. They have been using these forces everyday in areas. We had a discussion about when we use these forces. Well done Cadno!
