Autumn
Counting, sorting and organising into groups during our Maths Group Sessions!
We love to learn outdoors! We love to play with our friends, practise our balancing skills and make up our own games.
Over the past few weeks we have really enjoyed exploring our classroom and playing with our friends and teachers. We are always smiling together!
With all of the colds and nasty germs going around, we thought it was a good idea to investigate germs and how they spread. We used glitter as our pretend germs and saw how quickly it spread over our classroom and friends when we didn't wash our hands thoroughly. Lots of fun and excellent discussions by everyone!
We loved our Christmas Jumper Day! We all tried the Christmas dinner! Here we are in front of our class tree 🎄
Autumn Leaves are Falling Down
During the Autumn Term, we learnt all about the changes in the season of Autumn. To show our learning, we compiled everything we had learnt and made one big video together! We enjoyed learning about the colours of Autumn and making a collage using paint as a whole class. We wrote a whole-class poem about what reminds us of Autumn. We even learnt about the Beaver moon whilst doing our Forest sessions! We have particularly enjoyed learning about the falling leaves and the different animals we see during Autumn.
Playing Outdoors is becoming one of our favourite things to do! Some of us came outside today to play with our friends in our lovely environment. We were even playing with chalk and making marks all over our yard. Some of us chose to mark mark the number 1-5 that we have been learning about.
What a lovely day we had during Christmas Jumper Day 🎄✨ we were lucky for a visit from Ffa La La and we sang lots of lovely songs with our friends in Dosbarth Iâr (Nursery). What a lovely day! ✨🎄
